Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Broomerce (Product of FluxOsmic Tech Private Limited), we aim to provide a seamless procurement and credit experience. As a B2B platform, our products and services are subject to the following refund and cancellation guidelines:

Order Cancellation:

You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours. After this period, cancellations will only be accepted under exceptional circumstances, such as product unavailability, fraud, or other violations of our terms.

Product Accuracy and Cancellation:

While we strive for accuracy, Broomerce reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors, including technical issues or third-party data discrepancies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns and Refunds:

Products procured through Broomerce are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, if a product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered, a return will be accepted. Refunds for approved returns or cancellations will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the original payment method. Refunds cannot be transferred to alternate payment methods or other accounts.

Broomerce Credit:

If applicable, refunds for cancellations or returns will be processed as Broomerce credits, which can be used for future procurement on our platform. These credits must be used within 60 days and cannot be transferred to other forms of payment.
